In these Terms and Conditions, unless the context otherwise requires, the following definitions apply:
By registering an account on sayagame, making a deposit, or using any service provided by the Platform, you unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific rules published on the Platform. These documents collectively constitute the entire agreement between you and sayagame.
If you do not agree to any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account. Continued use of sayagame following any amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms.
These Terms are written in English. In the event of any discrepancy between an English version and any translated version of these Terms, the English version shall prevail.
3.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to register and maintain an account with sayagame. This is a strict legal requirement under PAGCOR regulations applicable to casino-style gaming in the Philippines. By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. sayagame will verify your age during the KYC process; accounts belonging to persons under 21 will be immediately closed and all funds will be handled in accordance with applicable law.
3.2 Residency. sayagame's services are directed at residents of the Philippines. You are responsible for ensuring that accessing and using sayagame is lawful in your jurisdiction. Players accessing the Platform from outside the Philippines do so at their own legal risk.
3.3 One Account Per Household. Each individual may hold only one (1) sayagame account. Each household IP address may be associated with a limited number of accounts as determined by our fraud prevention systems. sayagame reserves the right to request documentation confirming the independence of accounts sharing an IP address.
3.4 Accurate Information. You agree to provide complete, accurate, and current information during registration, including your legal name, date of birth, and Philippine mobile number. Providing false information — including a false date of birth to circumvent the 21+ age requirement — is a material breach of these Terms and grounds for immediate account closure.
3.5 KYC Verification. Prior to processing your first withdrawal, sayagame will require you to complete KYC verification by submitting a valid Philippine government-issued identification document (e.g., PhilSys ID, passport, driver's license, UMID). Failure to complete KYC within thirty (30) days of your first withdrawal request may result in temporary hold of withdrawal funds pending verification.
4.1 Password Responsibility. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your sayagame login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or OTP codes with any third party, including persons claiming to be sayagame support staff. sayagame will never request your password via any channel.
4.2 Unauthorized Access. You must notify sayagame immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account by contacting our 24/7 support team. sayagame will cooperate to investigate and secure your account. However, sayagame is not liable for losses arising from unauthorized access where you have failed to maintain reasonable security practices.
4.3 Two-Factor Authentication. sayagame implements OTP-based two-factor authentication on logins from new devices. You are required to maintain access to your registered Philippine mobile number to use this feature. Requests to remove 2FA are subject to enhanced identity verification.
5.1 Accepted Payment Methods. sayagame accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya / Maya, BPI Online Banking, BDO Online Banking, Metrobank Online Banking, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). Minimum deposit is ₱100; maximum single deposit is ₱500,000.
5.2 Deposit Processing. Deposits are generally credited to your sayagame wallet instantly or within a few minutes of payment confirmation. sayagame is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors or your financial institution.
5.3 Withdrawal Processing. sayagame targets GCash and PayMaya withdrawals within five (5) minutes of approval for verified accounts during standard operating conditions. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed on the same banking business day if submitted before the daily cut-off. Withdrawal processing times may extend during scheduled maintenance or peak periods.
5.4 Withdrawal to Own Account Only. All withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in your own legal name and verified through KYC. sayagame does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances. Minimum withdrawal is ₱200.
5.5 Anti-Money Laundering. sayagame operates under PAGCOR's AML framework and is required to file Suspicious Transaction Reports (STRs) with the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) where required by law. Deposits made without any gaming activity, followed by immediate withdrawal requests, may be flagged for AML review and result in withdrawal delays pending investigation.
5.6 Dormant Accounts. Accounts with no login activity for twelve (12) consecutive months are considered dormant. sayagame will attempt to notify you before applying a monthly dormancy administration fee of ₱100 to the remaining balance. Accounts that reach a zero balance will be closed.
6.1 General. All bonuses and promotional offers issued by sayagame are subject to specific terms communicated at the time of offer, including wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds, and expiry periods. In the event of conflict between this section and a specific promotion's terms, the specific promotion's terms prevail.
6.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they or any associated winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering progress is visible in your sayagame account dashboard. Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements — live casino games, sports markets, and slot titles may carry different contribution percentages as stated in each offer.
6.3 Bonus Abuse. sayagame uses automated and manual systems to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: placing opposing bets to guarantee completion of wagering requirements with minimal risk; using multiple accounts to claim the same offer; and exploiting promotional mechanics in a manner inconsistent with normal gaming activity. Detected abuse will result in cancellation of the bonus and associated winnings, and may result in account suspension.
6.4 No Entitlement. sayagame reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Players have no legal entitlement to receive bonuses or promotions.
7.1 Certified RNG. All games on sayagame that use a Random Number Generator are certified by an independent testing laboratory. Certification reports are available upon request. The RNG certification ensures that game outcomes are statistically fair and not influenced by any party, including sayagame itself.
7.2 Published RTPs. sayagame publishes the Return to Player (RTP) percentage for every slot game in the game information panel. RTPs are calculated over a statistically significant number of rounds and represent the long-term expected return — individual sessions may vary significantly from the published RTP.
7.3 Technical Errors. In the event of a technical error that results in a game being played under incorrect parameters (e.g., wrong odds, corrupted display, server interruption), sayagame reserves the right to void affected game rounds and refund the bet amount to the Player's wallet. sayagame is not liable to pay out winnings generated as a result of a documented technical malfunction.
7.4 Live Casino Rules. Live dealer games are governed by the rules displayed within each game lobby. Decisions made by live dealers in accordance with the displayed rules are final. Disputes regarding live dealer conduct must be submitted within forty-eight (48) hours of the game session via the support channel, along with the relevant game round ID.

Unauthorized use of sayagame's intellectual property may be subject to civil and criminal penalties under Philippine law.
11.1 sayagame provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every effort to maintain uptime and service quality, sayagame does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from harmful components.
11.2 To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, sayagame's aggregate liability to any Player for any cause of action arising from these Terms or the use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the relevant claim.
11.3 sayagame is not liable for losses arising from: internet connectivity failures; force majeure events; actions of third-party payment processors; or Player decisions made during gaming sessions. Gambling inherently involves financial risk, and Players accept this risk upon registration.
12.1 By the Player. You may close your sayagame account at any time by contacting our support team. Before closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to your verified withdrawal method within seven (7) business days.
12.2 By sayagame. sayagame reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its discretion, including but not limited to: suspected fraud; breach of these Terms; failure to complete KYC; or receipt of a PAGCOR directive. In the event of termination for cause, sayagame reserves the right to withhold balances pending investigation. Withheld funds will be returned if no breach is confirmed following investigation.
13.1 Internal Process. In the event of a dispute, Players must first contact sayagame's support team via in-app live chat or email at [email protected]. Disputes must be submitted within thirty (30) days of the relevant event. sayagame will acknowledge all disputes within forty-eight (48) hours and issue a final response within fourteen (14) business days.
13.2 PAGCOR Escalation. If you are not satisfied with sayagame's resolution of your dispute, you may escalate the matter to PAGCOR as sayagame's licensing authority. PAGCOR's decision in matters within its jurisdiction shall be binding on sayagame.
13.3 No Class Action. All disputes between you and sayagame shall be resolved on an individual basis. You waive any right to bring or participate in a class action, class arbitration, or consolidated proceeding against sayagame.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, including but not limited to the Electronic Commerce Act (R.A. 8792), the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (R.A. 10173), the Anti-Money Laundering Act (as amended), and applicable PAGCOR regulations. The courts of the Philippines shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms, unless an alternative forum is agreed in writing by both parties.
sayagame reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via SMS to your registered mobile number and/or a notice displayed on the Platform's homepage for a minimum of seven (7) days prior to the change taking effect. Non-material changes (such as typographical corrections) may be made without prior notice. Your continued use of the Platform after any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must close your account before the amendment date.
